About Myself

 

My aim in my work is to to guide you towards listening to your own inner guidance and the best path in your life with the best possible outcome. I believe that my own life experiences and dark nights of the soul help me to achieve this, allowing me to be understanding, empathic and present for others. I've experienced loss, financial hardship, heartbreak and PTSD from child birth which left me not wanting to be here. I had such low self esteem that I had felt unworthy and afraid most of my life , never brave enough to show up fully or follow my dreams.  But I learned to alchemise all the pain and fear and turn it into magic. I have finally started to live and create the life I desire. 
I am a psychic intuitive and had been a spiritual dabbler with an on off spiritual practice from a very young age. I naturally spent a lot of time outside connecting with nature and being curious about the bugs and flowers. I didn't realise at the time time that I was actually being mindful and present. 
When I was around 10 years old I was introduced to meditation by being given a gift of a meditation cassette tape which I would listen to every night to help me sleep. My family would also attend the local spiritualist church to watch the mediums on the platform giving messages and readings to some of the visitors to the church. It was fascinating to me - I was surrounded by lots of adults that were all connected to their spiritual paths: psychic artists, mediums, palmists, astrologers and spiritual healers but to most it was considered weird or woo woo. 
At around 25 I received my first Oracle deck and would read cards for my friends and family regularly. I also continued to sit in healing, meditation and spiritual development circles.  It wasn't until around 2013 that I really started to deepen my spiritual practice, when my relationship broke down, after living in Ireland for almost 3 years I moved back to England with my 3 children. We had no home and had sold most of our furniture to get back home to my mums in Norfolk. It was here that I really began to commit to a daily practice with meditation and deepening my connection with my angels and spiritual team while listening to Abraham Hicks and reading about manifesting and angels to gain a greater understanding of how law of attraction and manifesting works. I was totally broken and had no choice but to move through the pain, guilt and shadows from my situation - some of which I had been subconsciously not facing for most of my life . I had struggled with my own emotions for a long time experiencing huge spells of depression throughout my life from a young age, but this time rather than falling back into old ways of avoidance I whole heartedly started to show up for myself. I started my own journey of transformation with shadow work and leaning into the uncomfortable feelings that would create worthiness, cultivate self love and safety within my own body which I craved and deserved. The work I have been doing from the inside has given me an understanding of my own limiting beliefs, money blocks and life patterns. Developing self awareness over time has helped me to create a new belief system, grow, heal and have faith in the universe as I have rebuilt a new life for myself and my children. 

Now nearly a decade later I have non negotiable daily spiritual practices, feel safe in my body and have created a safe home environment for myself and my children.

  To deepen my practice I have been a student with Kyle Gray on his certified Angel guide course, The Golden path 8 week programme with Audra Santa as well as participating in workshops and circles with other spiritual mentors and teachers. I studied with BSY to gain a diploma as a colour therapy practitioner, meditation, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) Shamanic art, expressive art and transformational life Coaching.  Through these courses and my own work I have developed my connection with myself and spirit and have cultivated more self love and confidence in myself than ever before. 

I know it is now time to focus on using all I have gained in my life to support others. By using colour therapy, wellbeing coaching and card readings while also bringing in my other skills, knowledge and intuition I can offer a warm, calm, safe space for you to learn more about yourself and work towards your goals. I look forward to helping you on your own journey of self discovery.
