About Myself

​

My aim is to guide you back to your own inner guidance — the quiet wisdom that knows your path and the choices that lead to the best possible outcome for your life. I help you remember your own power, trust yourself more deeply, and listen to the steady compass within you.

I believe in meeting emotions with gentleness rather than bypassing them. So much healing begins when we learn to sit with what we feel — not to drown in it, and not to run from it, but to hold it with compassion and curiosity. This is the space I offer: a calm, grounded place where your inner world is honoured, not rushed or dismissed.

My work is shaped by my own lived experience. From a very young age I struggled with depression, anxiety, low self‑esteem, and the feeling of never being quite brave enough to show up fully. I’ve moved through loss, financial hardship, heartbreak, and PTSD after childbirth — moments that left me feeling broken and unsure if I wanted to be here at all. For years I carried fear and unworthiness, and it often showed up as anger, self‑doubt, and hiding parts of myself.

School was difficult, my teenage years were painful, and yet these challenges became the catalyst for my transformation. Over time, I learned to alchemise the fear and the shadows — turning them into strength, magic, and a life built with intention.

Spirituality has always been a quiet thread in my life. As a child I spent hours outside with the bugs and flowers, not realising I was practising mindfulness. I was given my first meditation tape at ten, and grew up around mediums, healers, and spiritual seekers. In my twenties I began reading oracle cards and sitting in development circles, but it wasn’t until my life fell apart in 2013 — returning to England with my three children and no home — that my spiritual practice deepened into something steady and life‑saving.

Through meditation, shadow work, healing circles, and learning to face the emotions I had avoided for years, I slowly rebuilt myself from the inside out. I learned to create safety in my own body, to understand my limiting beliefs, and to trust in something greater than fear. Nearly a decade later, I have a daily spiritual practice, a safe home for my children, and a grounded connection to myself and spirit.

Along the way I trained in colour therapy, meditation, CBT, relationship counselling, expressive arts, shamanic art, transformational coaching, trauma‑informed practice, and angelic guidance. These studies, combined with my lived experience, allow me to offer a warm, calm, and deeply understanding space for others.

Now, my purpose is to support you as you discover your own inner strength, emotional clarity, and sense of belonging. Through colour therapy, wellbeing coaching, intuitive guidance, and creative tools, I walk beside you as you learn to trust yourself, honour your emotions, and step into the life you desire.
